1. Fizzy drinks - the bubbles in fizzy drinks are carbonated, when they hit your stomach they have the tendency to make you bloated, the gas has to go somewhere, right!🙈. We decided to make our lip smacking drinks non-carbonated/still so you will not suffer any bloating when slurping them back.
2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome/Irritable Bowel Disease (IBS/IBD) - when you have IBS or an IBD like Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis you are more likely to suffer from bloating due to your condition, this is because your bowel does not send food and drink through in a regular way. One fantastic way to combat this is regular exercise/movement to help you gut move things through more regularly - even a brisk 10 minute walk around the block will help 🚶♀️
3. Food intolerances - this is most common if you have an intolerance to gluten/wheat or dairy. A great way to figure out what is making you bloated is starting a food diary 🍲 and then slowly cutting out the problem food group. There are now so many gluten free and vegan options that you hopefully won't be going without your favourite foods either! All of our drinks are gluten free and vegan, we think it would be pretty crazy for them not to be 😜
